Electronic enforcement documents

Our office is able to enforce electronic executable documents, which have the same power as the paper made executable documents. From 2013 July 1, launch of the Lithuanian courts electronic service portal (hereafter - EPP), Bailiffs have an opportunity to provide and receive procedural documents by electronic channels. Electronic documents must be provided in “adoc” format, which is recognized by all the Lithuanian institutions.
